The senior year of college is amongst the most pivotal and stressful times students will experience on their academic journey.
We want to help alleviate some of that stress with our Cross The Stage Scholarship.
The Texas Black Careers Cross The Stage Scholarship is for Black & African American College Seniors that have been approved for graduation in the Spring Semester of the following year, who submit the required essay.
Requirements
– Must be attending a 4 year University in the State of Texas
– Must be Black or African American
– 2.5 GPA requirement
– Must write an essay that is minimum 500, not to exceed 1000 words that includes the following criteria:
+ Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to yourself as Freshman?
+ How has Diversity affected your college experience?
+ Why is it important that you graduate college?
Essay must be received by midnight of November 30th, 2021 for entry.
Winner will be announced December 15th, 2021.

– Must register a Candidate Account with Texas Black Careers– Must be attending a 4 year University in the State of Texas
– Must be in good academic standing
– No minimum GPA requirement
– Must write an essay that is minimum 500, not to exceed 1000 words that include the following criteria:
+ As a graduating senior, what advice would you give to incoming Freshman?
+ How has being a Diverse student affected your college experience?
+ Why is it important that you graduate college?
Essay must be received by midnight of Nov 30, 2021 for entry. Winner will be announced Dec 15, 2021.
